My first experience at #tenmasamacau #tenmasa It is renowned of the omakase style tempura 🤤🤤🤤This restaurant wasn’t part of our plan, made the booking via #chope last minute; yet still nailed it! Due to the photo restriction, wasn’t able to upload all my food here, there’s more than 10 pics of food you can have with the MOP 880 set! I believe it worth more than that🌟🌟🌟🔝🔝🔝and quite a decent place for couple celebration 🥳 🍾 The 880 set includes appetiser x2•sashimi•8 pcs tempura•main: rice served with pickles and miso soup•dessert x2Every dish is beyond perfect! Except the dessert, I have to be honest, the pudding was tasteless, and the apple cake was too sweet. Or might be I was too full that I reach to the level what ever food you feed me becomes 👎🏾I have to give them the credit, the appetiser was amazing! Sashimi seems to be have been lost it’s shine, still taste fresh when I put in my mouth. Prawn tempura - size smaller than expected, indeed not fresh enough. But the rest are above and beyond!! Especially the main dish - we had the seafood tempura cake with steamed rice, the rice has been mixed with their tailored sauce and the tempura cake matches perfectly with the rice #recommended ..........天婦羅Omakase 🍤🥢🍶 話說天政喺澳門係佢喺日本以外的唯一一間分店 佢的特別之處係(2個人) 廚師喺你面前落炸鍋做的天婦羅 每一客都新鮮放喺你面前 亦聽講 佢啲油係唔留過夜的 每一日都用新的一鍋油炸比你食 我用CHOPE訂位的 本身無諗住食 臨食嗰朝先訂位都仲有位 坐正炸鍋面前 full view of the process🤩🥳去到的時候 已經有2對客人食緊 佢地坐喺U形bar枱最後 我隔一個位 坐近炸鍋一啲 仲睇到出面個view😆唔係得set叫 有4款 我叫咗880 嗰個 另外都有a la cart order, 任君挑選 唔想諗的就可以叫set 簡評一下某幾樣野食1. 炸蝦,呢樣係我最失望,因為蝦一來唔新鮮,食落一啲都唔爽口,二來個size 實在太細,完全無口感2. 粟米,呢樣反而好有驚喜,佢係用粟米粒放入炸漿,類似炸蠔餅嘅方式去炸,食到粒粒粟米之餘,亦食到佢脆口嘅口感,GOOD3. 最尾個飯,order 嘅時候有幾款飯揀,呢款係係waitress 同我地介紹,亦講到係最多人揀,出到嚟果然係幾好食,個汁同啲天婦羅都好夾p.s. 唔好以為每客一件好少 好飽!因為最尾嗰客係天婦羅飯 好食到飽都要食2啖飯!Menu詳情可以上官網睇😁 繼續閱讀

惠顧此餐廳🍴已經🈶️4⃣️次,每㳄也有驚喜,食物款式每㳄更新,尤其以天婦羅製作非常好👍🏻,天婦羅的脆醬非常好👍🏻。在其他地方也食不到此味道。因為天婦羅脆醬好薄好脆,不會令人食下去🈵️口粉及張住咀。每位師傅手門造法也一様,所以每次來惠顧也保持食物水準。最值🉐️一提,餐廳的環境非常優美,可以望住澳門的大橋及海浪🌊,心情也特別舒服及寧靜。每位服務員又細心。每㳄到澳門🇲🇴也要惠顧此餐廳。 繼續閱讀

Late review for the best tempura I have ever had (outside of Japan though). Not a big fun of tempura but this one dazzled me. Came twice in a month. But make sure - you come in a night that the chef is NOT busy. When he cooks for a full round table of ppl, the quality deteriorated. But, still, very good (you can find better ones in Japan but probably best in HK/Macau area). 繼續閱讀

這間米之蓮推薦嘅日本餐廳,天政,主打是可能係全澳門最好食嘅炸天婦羅,今天能夠有幸來到呢度品嚐午餐。午市套餐呢如果連埋主廚為你準備嘅天婦羅大概就$4百多一位,天婦羅只會有兩件。更覺珍貴。但係其他嘅食物水準呢就只屬一般。套餐有少少似去食溫泉酒店嘅午餐咁,先來嘅會係有一個小前菜海膽包蘿蔔蓉,呢個清新美味,口感獨特配上上邊的杞子帶了一點甜。蕎麥面實屬一般建議大家轉點牛肉飯溫泉蛋反而10分出色。呢個沙律可以不吃,不要浪費自己的quota 涼拌菠菜比較美味嘅油甘魚及帶子刺身,帶子鮮甜可口。其中一個我最愛又常常俾人笑食平野嘅腐皮壽司。呢個雞肉湯質素平庸。。大根煮魚醬汁香濃。大根鮮甜重點係即叫即製的主廚天婦羅。粟米芯爽脆味美,一個午餐只有兩件實在有點不夠。同朋友點左一件鮮帶子,一人一半呢個帶子真係精彩啦,鮮甜外面嘅天婦羅香脆,一件$100,听説比晚市價錢便宜。大家如果有心來食嘅話建議大家主力真係食天婦羅。其他食物呢反而真係一半半。值錢就值錢在主廚夾係你面前嘅天婦羅。午市$400左右都值得試啊! 繼續閱讀
