永利公關打來話有老虎機比賽,會送房,咁咪去玩一轉。嚟左三日,住左一晚,有幾餐都係食紅8,味道ok但冇咩驚喜,但份量真係細份,食完成碟飯都好快肚餓,佢哋食物份量太少了。叫左個牛腩麵及淨雲吞,牛腩麵正常味道,但太細碗,雲吞好食,蝦肉鮮甜又爽口。叫了個套餐,兩餸有湯有飯。勝瓜津白,來到冇津白,多左幾隻蜆。蜆冇味,勝瓜亦冇味,差。另一碟是生炒骨,這個好食,但又係太細碟。湯就普普通通,不過佢冇落味精,飲完冇口喝。另外散叫左一籠鮮竹卷,味道可以,賣相就夠精緻。食完呢餐冇幾耐又肚餓,我都係在永利玩,咁又入去幫襯多次。叫左個乳豬飯,乳豬皮脆,但細件,好快又食完,呢餐用積分唔洗比錢。 繼續閱讀

要數賭場價位比較相宜的餐廳,這裏便是其中一間,賣的是中式粉面飯和少量點心。冰花醉雞,本以為冰花是由花雕所制,但幾番品嚐後都只是普通水做的。醉雞少見以啫喱狀的花雕裹着雞肉,可惜好睇唔好食,酒未見入味,雞亦不嫩。燒賣裏頭的肉很少見那麼大塊的,好像都沒切過般,味道也只是一般。魚湯瑤柱勝瓜米線不錯,湯頭清甜賦魚香,米線爽滑,瑤柱絲比得非常豪爽,配菜切法分量和選料也恰到好處。豬手麵也不錯的,湯底和麵好, 豬手彈牙軟嫩入味,但只有三件,另外的是乾柴柴的瘦肉。 繼續閱讀

Not sure if anyone remember reading my last review about another Macau Restaurant, where I ate a real Wood Roasted Peking Duck, aka real Peking style ~ which according to my knowledge, is not really possible to find in Hong Kong (but Roast Goose you can find.. but still rare!). Back then I wasn't sure if it was the only restaurant that makes it like that, hence the question mark but in fact I found out a couple of months ago that there was another one in WYNN'S CASINO. So in June 2010 I finally booked a Dinner session to try their version here. Some good flavours from the crab penetrated into the congee base. PLAIN CONGEE -This was a bit thickened up artificially and seemed to carry MSG as a base taste. APPLEWOOD ROASTED PEKING DUCK -Very disappointing. Don't bother. There is absolutely no applewood roasting taste. no duck aroma. And guess what? Not a piece of skin on this duck was crisp! It's also substantially smaller than Beijing Kitchen version, which is cut up using a more Artisanal Beijing Way aka the top restaurants in Beijing does nowadays (using 3 Ways). Here its more of the older way where all parts of the duck are sliced with a bit of skin intact on the meat. Even the mandarin crepes here are doughy, hard. The duck meat is dry and tasteless. Absolutely horrible Peking Duck. ********************* WHAT'S THE POINT OF IMPORTING IN THE APPLEWOOD FROM CANADA, WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN ROAST THE DUCK RIGHT? AND THIS COSTED US LIKE $320 OR SO.. THE SERVICE WAS EQUALLY UNFRIENDLY FROM MOST STAFF MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY THE SENIOR MEMBERS.DON'T BOTHER. GO STRAIGHT TO BEIJING KITCHEN IN HYATT HOTEL INSTEAD FOR YOUR DUCK, ITS BETTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN HONG KONG! FOR CONGEE OR A QUICK MEAL, MAY BE ... (?) 繼續閱讀

因趕着搭船,就在永利食碗粉麵: 鹵肉麵,麵質淋無彈牙,鹵肉無香味,排骨麵,粉炸豬扒,最鬼憎話排骨飯或麵,俾塊豬扒。新葡京粥麵莊真是好好多,價錢差不多。 繼續閱讀

係賭場裡面食飯,今次係第一回!餐廳菜牌選擇好多選擇,有廣東同上海菜... 但留意到附近檯既客都係食碟成60大元既燒味飯,或者係一碗麵,好可能係拿拿臨食完再出去賭檯再搏殺過!我地一於好少理,點小菜慢慢食!口水雞($48): 其實係芝麻醬雞,芝麻醬好濃,鋪滿成碟!豆醬唐生菜($45): 出乎意料地好食!師傅只係選取一棵唐生菜最嫩既部份,好爽脆,豆醬唔太咸,咁咁好,好似玻璃生菜,食到最尾D唐生菜都一樣咁脆,真係好野!咕嚕肉($48): 味道唔夠酸,可以重手D,D肉似乎係用冰鮮肉,少左一份肉既甜味,但全部都係瘦肉,冇左入口鬆化既感覺,較為遜色。環境好舒服,雖然餐廳離賭檯只有一欄之隔,但都聽唔到賭博既起哄聲,唔錯! 繼續閱讀
