黎到澳門氹仔官也街，老Day牛雜不論什麼時間都大排長龍，好奇心之下，我地直接行去龍尾排隊試一次！人龍越排越長，等左大約20分鐘，終於買左中size牛雜，配上腩汁 , 辣度可自行調整，份量好多，對得住價錢。一食之下，竟然有驚喜！每個部份都煮得好腍，而且唔會有內臟味。不過腩汁味道比較淡，主要係八角、香料既味。蘿蔔好腍，好清甜，略嫌炆得唔入味。同埋如果怕粉嘅口感，可以唔要牛沙瓜。總括而言，如果天氣唔熱，值得排黎食

Taking advantage of its location around the tourist area, the store serves takeaway beef offal.It is not difficult to spot the store given its never ending long queue. One of the best things about beef offal is the crisp snipping sound of the scissors cutting into the delicious food.
