呢間係我去到澳門非常鐘意去專食魚翅海味嘅店。環境比較古舊,年代起嗰區最久遠。價格非常平民,魚翅最平好似58左右已經有得食。當時叫左血燕,同花膠海參中勾翅。翅湯超有膠質感,明顯嘅鮮味,懷疑應該用左火腿鷄等材料先咁鮮。魚翅爽口同大塊,仲要唔止有1塊,外加有海參同花膠,超正。血燕起個碗裏面都明顯食到而且有一堆。不過最推薦都係魚翅。總體而言,食物非常特別而且唔係容易食到,非常推薦叫埋一堆人試下佢地特色美食。

好耐之前細細個屋企人帶親去澳門都會食譚家魚翅 又平又正份量又多 所以今次去澳門都有去到重拾滋味疫情後再黎人流都係冇小到 排左一個鐘終於入到去 試番個鍋燒魚翅 新鮮整上枱個陣仲係有煙熱辣辣咁 一試 似係用左酒去煮個汁 有酒香又不失翅既味道只係人太多 店員未必有好多時間去應

In addition, the restaurant serves sour and spicy chili sauce to elevate the flavour of fish maw. The soup is boiling hot and is very comforting that it is easy to finish the entire pot in minutes.
