一個人有點納悶。原本想到mezza 9 等waiting list. 但mezza 9 職員也覺得奇怪，一個人會食buffet ma?後來收到電話未能安排到，就走到grill 58地下的侍應話今晚冇客，不用訂枱也可。叫了dry aged american grain fed striploin. 心情驅使下叫medium well as i dont want to see blood leaking from the steak...i paired up with red from sicily island of medium tannin and red cranberry flavour.sauce i chose pozu sauce which is quite appetising..Sky here is changing all the times together with music making dinner and steak more juicy.一個人也可fine dining ,right?
