Bacalhau Salted Cod Fish Balls (Fried) -
This was lovely. Better than many other Spanish or Portuguese restaurants as it retained a lot of that salted cod fish taste, without that savouriness being washed away too much by milk or water. Fluffy and not oily, done wonderfully. This is the dish that'll make me return! 4.5/5
Clams Cooked in White Wine and Garlic Herbs -
This just lacked flavouring depth in general, it was disappointing. There was little herbs, little wine or little clams flavouring. Its just plain in every way. Some clams had sand in it. I could have cooked a better version back when I was 5 years old... hmmm.
Not an acceptable standard from a restaurant. 2/5
Fried Bacalhau, Eggs and Potatoes -
This on the other hand, was pretty good. Eggs had this 桂花 look without being over-cooked and dry, Chinese chefs can learn from this! Needed more bacalhau flavours though. 4/5
Baked Duck Rice with Chouriço -
This baked/broiled dish was slightly disappointing. The rice, unlike Paella's have their soccarat layer on the top due to the more top grilling/broiled action. There was however what ~ only 1-2 pieces of Chourico (chorizo) on top? The upper layer of the rice was also flavourless, whereas if you dug deeper finally the bottom of the rice contained more shredded duck meat and a watery broth, which carried more flavour but ultimately, too wet and too bland in concentration. 3/5

OVERALL, THIS RESTAURANT IS RECOMMENDABLE IF IT WAS CHEAPER, BUT ITS NOT EXACTLY AFFORDABLE VS THE COOKING RECIPE AND EXECUTION. THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES IN MACAU. I THINK OVERALL, IT WAS JUST MISSING SOMETHING SOMEHOW.....
