Heard that this shop used to be quite famous in Macau, along with the other obvious tofu shop a few streets away.Tofu Fa (Tofu Curd Sweet) -This was smooth and just like 義香's Soy Milk Drink, it carried a very distinct Burnt Soy taste in the tofu curd. This isn't natural 豆味, but more of a roasty character from boiling the soy solution at high heat for longer. This is their signature Tofu Dish here. The tofu is as above, carried a burnt Soy taste - which is the strongest I've had before!! Noodles were ok-good. Macau seems to love eating those yellow Chicken Intestines as it is on menu's everywhere, but hardly seen in Hong Kong - same can be said about Duck blood! Anyway the fish cakes were ok, the fish balls tiny, the chicken intestines had a slightly unclean smell. Liked the duck blood curds but thought they were pork ones until I re-read the menu.
WORTH A VISIT!!
