To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗起小炒, 必定會諗到 , 因為佢地的小炒真係無得頂, 因為人流多, 海鮮亦會好新鮮。而且又唔駛加一好吸引。今晚同朋友聚舊揀左新匯聚餐廳小廚, 記得記得一定要訂位, 因為小店經常客滿, 我地準時入座, 因為太早所以暫時未有太多人, 仲可以坐到卡位。冬天就有出名羊腩煲及臘味糯米飯, 不過得2個人好難食到咁大份量, 所以都係叫小菜。我地今次叫左 :*招牌話梅骨 $115*芥末脆鯇魚片 $135*啫啫通菜 (改唐生菜) $88* 蘋果雪梨水 $20* 白飯 $18*椰汁馬荳糕 (免費)等食期間, 都係會見到熟口熟面的伙計, 好多食客都係熟客, 一入黎就已經傾晒計, 好溫馨, 而且職員會好熱心介紹熱門小炒, 新鮮到貨的海鮮。招牌話梅骨 $115用黎送飯真係一流, 每粒排骨炸得均勻, 話梅味濃, 又不會過酸,份量又大碟, 水準甚高芥末脆鯇魚片 $135脆鯇魚片食得多, 用芥末炒就第一次, 脆鯇魚片伴有好多蔥, 蔥炒得好香, 而且附有芥末味, 朋友本身唔食蔥, 都忍唔住大讚。脆鯇魚片當然炒得香, 而且夠新鮮,香味好濃。啫啫通菜 (改唐生菜) $88改唐生菜一樣咁惹味, 底部有肉碎, 記得要食埋, 用黎撈飯一流。蘋果雪梨水 $20原本諗住開壺茶, 職員大力推薦佢地自家煲的蘋果雪梨水, $20一杯, 大大杯而且好清潤, 飲得出係自家煲, 好味免費贈送 : 椰汁馬荳糕欣賞佢地堅持會有小甜品送比食客, 今次係椰汁馬荳糕, 椰汁味好香, 食埋甜品就完美啦到放工時間, 已經差不多坐滿了, 還有不少WALK IN客人, 職員都會問有沒有訂位 ? 所以要食就要預早訂位啦 ! continue reading

總括來說,味道算是不錯,有些菜式能保持水準,小食的確花了不少心機製作,所以較受歡迎,芝麻雞皮脆,充滿芝麻,看上很討喜,而有些菜式就很一般,在水準以下,而且有些較鹹,有些炸物就不太討好,食物相對份量有點偏少及較貴,酒水竟然無故多了,要小心check 單,失望,因為回家後才發現沒有點的酒水出現了!雖然只是一支啤酒(只飲麒麟啤),一罐汽水(沒有人飲汽水),雖然只是50元,是不老實還是其他問題就不得而知了。結帳用信用卡或電子付款需收取2%手續費,現金帶不夠,唯有刷卡吧! continue reading

2014年開始光顧多次。2015年3月23日曾寫過食評讀好。疫情後首次重來,有預約不用排隊。點了多支啤酒,另外小菜是:1. 韭菜豬紅(伙記推介,真心麻麻)2. 炸豬手,皮脆肉香,好食3. 小炒王,材料足鑊氣夠4. 燒乳鴿,皮脆但肉腌過頭肉太鹹5. 金銀蛋菠菜,ok啦食物依然有水準,老闆依舊有霸氣而更親人,可惜的是有個阿豬媽,不知是伙記還是老闆,粗口爛舌不計,聲大大無貨賣,小動作令人生厭,老土趕客走情節不斷上演。連我在北河街街市的環境下亦吃得津津有味,但在這就背脊骨落。講真,朋友都話好食。三五知己食好西聚聚舊,但一粒老鼠屎催毀了一切,沒下次了,再會。祝生意興隆。 continue reading

價錢進取,推薦给客人的菜也進肢。一 jar 普通飲料收費一百五十元。以这價錢何須在工廠區吃。只可說生意手法了得,但以这價錢吃一餐,要考慮值不值了。有很多同質素一样的大排檔会平过佢,更何妨有些酒樓会比他平。 continue reading
