地道嘅大排檔針灸後同友人去了茶記吹水再轉戰去黃金商場逛了一陣買到野。 友人揸架車兜了兩圈諗起久違了嘅強記大排檔。秋風起最好坐路邊睇吓街景又可以睇到架車,去到才知道這區要重建但好彩幾擋䥫皮屋嘅大排檔依然存在,風味還有。靚女姐姐介紹下重點叫了古法焗魚腸冇時間嘅朋友真的不要叫諗真係要等上半個鐘頭一上枱就令我興奮食時加了胡椒粉味道更加出及香果然食番古樸懷舊餸他們仲有小炒叫了個涼瓜排骨(心水之選)即叫即炒很正食間見到個油浸筍殼係呢啲大排檔先可以食到這個餸肥美飽滿下次一定要食最後要提吓老闆娘好友善食到佢哋街坊之人情味涼風吓寫意滿意的一餐 continue reading

放工時段同朋友想搵小菜食下黎到深水埗沒有目的地被我找到一間叫強記既大牌檔鋪頭細細間,但相當顯眼!因為成條街都擺滿枱,而且坐滿人一心諗住咁,咁細間鋪都咁多人食一定好有鑊氣叫左幾個餸,首先黎個炸大腸認真唔錯,炸得夠脆,而且用酸羅白拓底十分開胃,之後三個菜一一送到西蘭花鮮魷同黑椒牛骨,不過不失;基本上每間食肆都差唔多最後一個雲耳牛肉煲好味,送飯一流,如果牛肉多d就好總括黎講都唔算,但有樣唔好係啤酒要自己行去冷巷買,唔知係咪唔想拎酒牌......食開大牌檔,環境唔好預佢清潔衛生!但相對好既係,慢慢食慢慢坐 continue reading

朋友有嘢做,所以去食宵夜,貪佢有85折,點知日至四晚十一點後85折埋單先知無左。之前食過薑䓤魚頭煲,好食,但想試新嘢,就出事。叫個沙鍋魚頭煲,送到蒞啫都唔啫吓,水滴滴,豆腐仲有酸叔味,魚頭尐粉多個李私煙,一尐都唔好食。叫左碟大豆芽炒大腸,大腸無味,豆芽好似無炒過咁一陣草青味,唔係爽,係硬!最搵笨實係個叫鴛鴦骨嘅物體,叫時以為好似生炒骨再淋唔同汁,點知係三塊炸到燶晒乾晒剪開嘅豬扒,撻兩pat汁落去,成為八十幾?唔L係呀?三塊豬扒俾兩碟醬我收我八十幾,仲要燶同柴到無朋友!好老實,呢間嘢有尐嘢係得,不過千其唔好試嘢,食返尐你食開嘅嘢會好尐,無八五折,老實,我就唔會幫襯,深水埗大L把嘢好食過你! continue reading

星期六跟同事聊著聊著已過了家中晚飯時間,都想找個地方醫肚想試試大牌檔風味,二話不說便拉了同事過來坐在街頭雖然無冷氣勝在檯椅之間夠闊落,比起不少食肆人踫人肩撞肩好得多只得兩個人,雖說是大男人,亦叫不了太多,點幾個的招牌菜炸大腸神緒外酥內軟的口感,而且它的脂肪是有爽脆感的香香脆脆有咬口,蘸點甜酸汁又可去除油膩啫啫雞煲打開煲蓋已經聴到啫啫聲此起彼落,由於高速爐烹調雞油早已逼出,入口果然不油膩,而原粒乾蔥更令整個煲濃香撲鼻白飯未上已經吃完半煲焗魚腸雖説是下欄菜式,言而賣的是心機,將弄好魚腸和雞蛋一齊焗魚腸由於要過油鑊處理過,沒丁點兒腥味,特別在用砵仔盛載趁熱一嘗,入口既脆且滑,果然非同凡響墨魚餅是手打出來,所以膠性較強,入囗彈牙,又是啤酒時間小店菜單上是有很多選擇的,下一次有機會我應該會嘗嘗別的!提外話深水埗區經歷過去半世紀的高速發展,今天已經成為市區重建的重點項目「強記大牌檔」於1968年遷址於深水埗耀東街上,營業至今己接近半個世紀印象深刻當時我讀小學,屋企對面係強記,屋企人便是他們的長期客仔強記由最初經­營港式粥品油器,轉形到廣東燒臘,再演變成今日的街坊小菜無不與香港的經濟週期、時­代變遷息息相關。香港經歷過「沙士」、「金融海嘯」等經濟打擊,令不少飲食同業相繼倒閉。而「強記大牌­檔」仍能屹立至今,有賴於多年來一直支持的街坊鄰里。近10年來,亦逐漸成為遊客們從­旅遊口碑光顧過的食客有來自五湖四海,不論顧客來自哪一層面都是鍾情於強記大牌檔獨特的街頭風味­、 香港懷舊文化特色的食肆。 continue reading
