To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前在荃灣返工時,經常來小越廚食晏,是晚經過見好耐無食,就入去食個晚餐先。店內轉左用qr code落單,見枱枱都叫二人餐,就知呢個餐抵食啦,$228有前菜、小食同主食,仲包飲品添😋⭐青木瓜沙律酸酸地嘅開胃菜,唔錯呀。⭐火車頭湯檬粉主食朋友叫左火車頭,有生牛片、牛腩、牛丸等,滿滿一碗勁多肉,湯頭鮮甜又夠熱,好味噃。⭐咖哩豬扒配法包自己就叫左咖喱豬扒,呢款可選配飯、粉或法包,我就揀左後者。豬扒係炸豬扒黎,軟腍無渣,仲有啲炸薯角伴碟添,一個鑊隻入面有數件豬扒,份量真係意外地多,好多肉呀😆法包切了六片,香香脆脆,點咖喱醬食一流呀😋⭐雞翼+春卷+扎肉小食可選三樣,揀左雞翼&春卷&扎肉,本身想叫炸魚餅但已售罄。春卷係芋頭春卷,雞翼有香茅味,兩樣都係即炸熱辣辣。扎肉上面放了肝醬,幾香口喎。⭐泰式海南雞另仲加了一份海南雞,雞件嫩滑,已去骨啖啖肉😋⭐順化炭燒豬肉串仲有燒豬肉串,軟綿綿嘅口感😆同香香的香料味,呢個好食喎😆⭐泰式奶茶(凍&熱)飲品點了一熱一凍的泰式奶茶,茶香奶滑又甜甜的,好飲。無諗過主食份量咁大,驚個餐唔夠食仲額外加左小食,搞到好多肉好飽呀,食肉獸朋友表示好滿足🤤 continue reading

如果喜歡食越式泰式口味,這裡又係一個推薦嘅地方,雖然餐廳唔算大,人多時要等位,但係食物質素同價錢絕對好味超值,加上以小店經營,現在更加要多多支持!晚市嘅2人套餐分量足超抵食,以$228哩個價錢就已包括2款餐牌上的粉麵飯/咖喱之餘跟一客泰式青木瓜沙律,3款小食(每款有3件),2杯飲品,加$30仲可以額外多選其他小食一份今晚就點了冬蔭公香茅豬扒湯河粉及火車頭湯河粉先來泰式青木瓜沙律,青木瓜沙律味道香辣,而且冰冰涼涼,開胃又清爽,入口清新開胃!火車頭湯河粉,以牛骨熬製湯底味道清甜香濃,香味十分濃郁,而湯底相當清徹。配料有充滿膠原蛋白同口感淡嫩不膩嘅牛筋,上枱時仲係微紅肉香嫩滑嘅肥牛及爽口彈牙嘅牛丸,呢一碗絕對係招牌菜,識食都一定會點之選!冬蔭公香茅豬扒湯河粉,冬蔭公湯底有濃郁酸辣味,椰香味十足,而香茅豬扒夠酥香味道唔錯、河粉份量足夠!3款小食就點了蒜香雞翼、河內芋頭海鮮春卷、泰式酸辣鳳爪蒜香雞翼~蒜香濃郁,外面香脆可口,十分美味!河內芋頭海鮮春捲~以糯米製作的透明春捲皮,卜卜脆十分討好,雖然海鮮感覺不多覺,但非常有芋香!泰式酸辣鳳爪口感爽脆,味道刺激,甜、酸、辣同時衝擊味蕾,好吃到停不了口!加了$30點了泰式燒豬頸肉大大份,加埋入口特別軟滑爽彈的口感飲品分別點了牛油果奶昔,由鮮牛油果打成奶昔,口感非常豐厚鹹檸檬七喜有檸檬的酸甜和柑橘香,又有海鹽的鹹鮮,且帶有一絲微苦和滑膩的口感,對於今晚較濃味嘅選擇帶來點潤喉又舒服! continue reading
