Korean Fine Dining Restaurant in Causeway Bay
Authentic Busan-style cusine, freshly seafood and Jim’s own farm rice from Busan, South Korea The owner and head chef - Jim Kim from Busan, South Korea, has 18 years of cooking experience and has always wanted Hong Kong people to taste the authentic Busan flavor.
 
Having been in Hong Kong for 10 years, with experience in operating different Korean restaurants, he finally founded the restaurant "OOULI", which specializes in authentic Korean fine dining. "OOULI" means "all of us"!
 
Jim Kim hopes that everyone will feel the feeling of being at home in a Korean family and the HK Lion Mountain spirit with "a little bit of Korean flavor" in Oouli!
All the fresh seafood and ingredients in the restaurant oouli are imported directly from South Korea, and the rice are directly to Hong Kong from Jim’s own farm. at Busan. The rice is shelled on the spot in the restaurant and cooked using a Korean rice steamer to preserve the most traditional Busan flavor.

特別節日都會想食下Fine dine,通常都係西式,估吾到原來韓式fine dine都幾有風味。見到呢間餐廳口啤不錯,而且環境超靚,就黎嘆個韓式fine dine午餐。餐廳係sugar + 23樓,景觀好開揚,有數個窗邊位,可以望到海景同樓下維園景色👍🏻4道菜午餐$5381. Deul kkae-Jim自家大米經過15小時以上烹煮的粥,加入左韓國當造蔬菜,韓牛,蜆肉,仲有一塊脆米薄片。吾會有一粒粒米的感覺,有d似濃湯,好鮮甜的味道。2.
