這道菜式是筆者的最愛,牛舌芯煎得十分香口,而且牛舌芯入口無渣,厚薄切得剛剛好,能夠滿足地品嚐牛舌芯,又不會太大塊而吃得狼狽。

牛舌芯表面撒了少許黑胡椒碎,令整道菜式層次感更會豐富。筆者強烈建議牛舌和蒜片一同享用,牛舌壯男和蒜片淑女仿如在食客的舌頭上翩翩跳起華爾滋,兩款食材相當合襯。

已幾年冇幫襯,趁住好朋友生日,又見餐廳做優惠,特登過嚟再試。刺身冇之前食落咁鮮甜,壽司亦唔覺得特別好食,反而燒野食起碼保持到一定的水準(燒鱔好味,龍蝦頭燒得香,北寄貝鮮甜爽口),套餐絕對食得夠飽,蘋果雪葩同椰子雪糕都唔錯,但比我揀蘋果雪葩較好食。
