To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【油尖旺區】【牛角Buffet】之前會定期同同事食牛角任食,但係攪手已經離職,都冇乜機會再同同事咁開心去呢度飲飲食食。今次就適逢以前電台同事凌霄哥話佢有張「電子利是」可以用,邀請埋我一齊用咗佢,難得有機會就去吓囉。午市都幾多人,亦都有幾多套餐選擇,豐儉由人。我哋就揀咗個可以坐耐啲嘅套餐,日式燒肉食 60 分鐘真係唔夠喉嘛。我哋揀咗 $408 嘅「嚴選美國和牛燒肉放題」套餐,呢個係「假日早割」嘅價錢嚟。當中嘅「嚴選美國和牛牛板腱」應該係最有特色,味道亦都同以往一樣,都係喺肉質同埋味道上都唔錯嘅。當然我同大家一樣都好中意食「牛角飯」,而家佢哋仲多咗部出飯機,可以撳個掣就有飯,可惜我用嗰陣就冇晒,要用返傳統嗰隻裝飯方法。年紀大咗其實都食唔得多,埋單連埋加一再用 $100 電子利是之後係 $797.6,要食呢個質素嘅嘢就要畀返相應嘅價錢。。。(地址:旺角彌敦道625 & 639號雅蘭中心2樓209-213號舖)

本來朋友同我慶祝食生日飯估唔到一間餐廳可以咁惡劣嘅態度問心我自己都係做餐飲,我都唔會咁樣對個客態度惡劣好冇禮貌唔識尊重人俾說話我哋聽用五有善嘅眼神望住我哋,我哋book咗位差唔多到book枱時間,我地到咗樓下已經有人打電話嚟,問我哋係咪嚟緊嗰啲?上到去餐廳CS冇人系度,我哋行入舖頭有位侍應帶我哋去一張未執既枱,我哋就企喺度等,之後個經理態度差叫我哋出返去門口度等,一坐低我就同個侍應講我想用加時,佢再搵經理,嗰位經理用唔耐煩嘅態度問佢,即係佢哋會坐到尾嘅?之後走過來同我哋講其實可以唔使用,因為爭個少少時間你哋可以留返下次用食到咁上下我地有蛋糕喺雪櫃甘舉手搵人想用一張加時coupon因為我哋驚唔夠時間有位短頭髮all back 既阿姐佢企系度單手扶住張枱遠距離唔知以為好型咁問:有咩幫到你?我哋話想用一張加時coupon個位經理聽到,同我哋講,我已經幫你用咗張coupon㗎喇。淨係掛住準備埋數行去啲枱到收錢之後走過嚟同我哋埋單同我哋講預翻十分鐘後會上蛋糕。有一位男侍應拎住個蛋糕去我哋張枱,叫嗰個阿姐幫我哋執咗張枱,個位阿姐好大聲咁講,叫佢哋坐去後邊食拉,等我等到幾時啊?當刻個經理完全冇理會個員工個態度問題上蛋糕又唔幫我哋清枱淨係執其他走晒人嘅枱,偏偏唔執我哋嗰張好似當我哋乞丐甘,俾錢受氣。

今日出去搵lunch食咩,行咗好多間舖頭都好多人排隊,竟然見到牛角唔使排隊,仲要係半放題,就入咗去食。雖然肉類只有一碟,但係出邊嘅嘢食超多,除咗蔬菜沙律關東煮牛角飯之外,仲有意粉甜品雪糕同埋嘢飲都係任飲任食,超抵。人均消費只係$100左右,仲有我最鍾意食嘅牛角飯,自製窩夫同埋番薯味雪糕,一啲都唔貴,但係可以食到飽到上心口 lunch真係唔錯,同埋好抵食,唔大食嘅話建議食lunch抵食過dinner!!

10月1號國慶日7折 -入座前詢問前台職員,點樣先可以有國慶7折優惠,職員話選Level 2 ($438)或以上既餐就可以享用7折,我地決定揀Level 2既餐,埋單後,先發覺個餐係計定價($600)一位7折($420+$60加一費用)原因係佢地另外加左頭盤(每位2蝦2扇貝)響呢個餐。職員無清晰講清楚個收費,所謂既國慶7折得啖笑。其實如果唔想提供折扣,不如如實地向客人解釋,只有$600正價餐可以有7折,總好過客人埋完單後覺得餐廳唔老實,欺騙顧客。

以前食牛角,通常都係lunch去食,因為佢算貴嘅單價燒肉店,去食lunch set會抵好多。但自從佢出咗牛角buffet之後,就梗係夜晚去食buffet啦。-始終而家相對起以前少咗好多人,記得一開始出牛角buffet都要等好耐位,但而家book位都易好多,所以去到都唔係好使等。-呢度最正係牛角飯可以任食,仲可以夾大量紫菜喺面,另外佢嘅燒年糕同前菜亦都好正,而牛嘅質素仲keep到,唔會話轉咗buffet之後,變到好似其他任食店咁,俾最cheap嘅牛你。
