今日係假期最後一日，黎到中環蘇豪區揾食，一早bookmark 左呢間英倫風酒吧餐廳。地點好易揾，就係出名嘉咸街壁畫對面。餐廳入口係簡潔復古設計，入到室內空間好大，寬敞舒適。中間位置有張開放式bar枱，後面有個悠閑區，有好多書籍，仲有復古遊戲機。作為酒吧餐廳，酒類選擇超級多！有draught beer, wine, gin&tonic, spirits ，menu 仲有詳盡介紹酒精成份，濃度等。今日仲係holiday mood, 當然要chill下🥂N.I.P catnip Gin no.2 $160幾清新，酒味濃，好chill 🥂Tarquin’s blood orange $100好香甜的橙味，酸酸甜甜易入口，岩晒女仔😋Set lunch menu 性價比高，2 courses $160, 3 courses $185。Caprese toast 超好食！我覺得精華係個青醬，充滿果仁香之餘仲有清新的感覺，另外多士超級脆身😋House cured pastrami salad 材料好豐富，沙律菜好新鮮，仲有好多咸牛肉條，番茄仔，個汁酸酸甜甜，清新開胃。Prawn & tomato linguine 超濃香蒜味，有6隻大蝦，新鮮彈牙。Grilled pork loin chop 豬扒厚身，因為連住小小肥肉，所以肉質吾會鞋，幾juicy 。好鐘意佢的傳統英式配菜，black pudding, 好少地方有得食。Apple crumble 面頭的粉糠好脆好香牛油味，底有滿滿的蘋果蓉，加埋吉士醬更甜更好食😋總括嚟講，呢個價錢可以感受濃濃的英倫風同英式美食，絕對值得👍🏻

上星期五收工之後同朋友去咗呢間中環嘅 The Globe❤️ 好熱鬧好多外國人好有feel！有英式圖書館世界地圖area可以打卡📸 仲可以玩復古遊戲機添🎮 ♡ Half Yardley Mango Sticky HKD$70呢杯係店員推介嘅 入口甜甜地 有啲似平時食開嗰隻芒果軟糖嘅味道 不過酒味都算重～🥭♡ Martin Miller HKD$95好大杯！而且賣相都好靚～ 連個杯上面都印住咗「Martin Miller’s」 Gin酒配雜莓🍓 呢杯酒味唔算好濃 好易入口 適合女仔飲！♡ Fish & Leek Pie HKD220同樣係店員推介嘅 面頭係芝士同埋薯蓉 下邊有少少似忌廉湯咁 仲有好多三文魚同埋蝦～ 個人認為呢道菜好特別同埋都幾好食 推介大家試吓😚♡ Australian Rib Eye HKD245我哋揀咗medium❣️ 肉質粉嫩 而且好Juicy特別要讚吓佢嘅伴菜 類似千層薯仔咁～好好食😋

🌟The Globe🌟係間英倫風格🇬🇧嘅Bar & Restaurant，對住中環嘉咸街嘅打卡壁畫🖼️，勁多遊客！🌟The Globe🌟有海量嚟自🌏世界各地嘅啤酒🍻共應，而餐點出品🍴亦十分美味，人氣極旺🔥！🌊Big Wave Bay 400ml $85本土代表，聞落有極香嘅熱帶水果氣息，回甘濃厚但唔苦，麻甩佬最啱！🍏Aspall Draught Cyder 500ml $80英國百年傳統手工精釀，以當季鮮榨蘋果製作，酸爽帶甜嘅風味，配油膩嘅食物就fit晒！🧡Smoked Salmon Rillettes $110以三文魚子同埋黑魚子為主調嘅沙沙醬又鮮又爽，配crackers真係極度開胃又啱feel！🧀Roast Camembert $140金文畢芝士烤到熔熔哋嘅狀態，而且極香，入口即綿化，正到不得了！🥩Grass Fed Australian Rib Eye 10oz $245肉眼扒大大塊，配香草牛油同埋秘製燒汁提升風味！伴碟嘅芝士薯仔千層批極為高質美味，不要錯過！

中環大館附近其實好多特色餐廳，最近就去左呢間好外國feel嘅西餐，sunday仲有好chill嘅「sunday roast」！❣️3 course menu $340 加$200 就可以有2 hours free flow，任飲手工啤、紅白酒、氣泡酒等，超易回本。（ps 每個sunday menu都要跟free flow）❣️餐廳仲dont belive in service charge！❣️餐廳格局好似去左外國酒吧，好chill1️⃣Starter🔸Roast Beetroot Salad- 係好濃goat cheese撈上beet root，夾上粒粒pumpkin seed ，更添口感🔸British Cheese & Charcuterie- 粒粒cheese辣辣的，濃香芝士味似nachos，配上脆口麵包好滋味2️⃣Main🔸Fennel & Apple Wicks Manor Pork Belly- 超級大件pork belly，好似巨形燒肉咁！crispy外皮好脆口有口感，肉質難得夠juicy唔乾身，軟嫩得來肥瘦均勻，仲好香豬肉味道- 配菜都幾出色，特別鍾意脆皮薯仔，好有口感，豬肉下面有滑身mashed potato，仲有大大個麵包，正！🔸Kettyle Farms Pulled Lamb Shoulder- 羊肉撕碎成條，肉質都幾香口，份量十足！3️⃣Desserts🔸Drunk Apple & Rhubarb Crumble- 係脆脆粒粒crumble撈上雪糕，甜度適中，入面蘋果肉暖暖地，口感層次幾好🔸lemon cheese cake（推介）- 軟硬度同甜度適中，香口芝士拌上檸檬香，香口得來，味道幾好🥂free flow drinks 都幾易入口，esp紅酒🍷，個人都幾鍾意Bombay Sapphire & Tonic，夠refreshing。想飲多d嘅話，記得邊食邊飲！

It was a hearty and satisfying main course option. 🥢Young Master Classic $60 🆙 The Young Master Classic, was a refreshing and well-balanced brew.
