海運大廈又有新餐廳,坐向碼頭的 Charcoal Bar,請來米芝蓮星級廚師 Bjoern Alexander,打造一間以西式木炭燒烤的概念的餐廳。據我所知,因為火警安全問題,炭火燒烤在香港市區很難得,尤其在商場內,得知餐廳用意大利 Josper 炭爐,有圖有真相,明火燒烤,最高溫度250度,而焗爐就有350度。當晚有幸,行政主廚在場,隨即打卡。以多國菜手法,融合中西日泰之飲食文化,例如在烤海鮮加酸甜的香辛元素如泰菜、香烤米飯竟然加中式臘腸、日式海膽多士等。人多好辦事,我們吃了這麼多:海膽多士.生牛肉片、黑松露蛋黃醬 $128/件見到已經垂涎欲滴!海膽及生牛肉我都好鍾意食,再加上黑松露香氣及蛋黃醬嘅潤澤,口感複雜得來協調豐富。迷你漢堡.黑松露醬、黑松露醬、特調茄醬、醃製洋蔥甘地芝士 $98/個細細個,脹卜卜的,見到就想食,處理得很好,有玉未有層次,一個字講晒,得!烤生蠔.柚子胡椒牛油、柚子 $68/只與平時食法不同,烤至剛熟,口感仲生生哋很鮮嫩,用柚子胡椒牛油皮柚子配搭原來幾好,輕輕的提升了層次。花甲.椰子、香茅、檸檬葉、檸檬汁 $188花甲鮮甜,肉算大粒,醬汁味道清香,沒有蓋過花甲的甜味。以椰汁、香茅、檸檬葉的配搭調醬汁,很有泰菜的影子。荔枝木煙燻原隻珍寶虎蝦.甜酸醬 $338嘩!見到好多金黃色的蝦膏,可知食材上乘,因為連殼烤又用荔枝木,所以很有蝦香,不過可能因為相機先食,沒有留意有沒有煙燻香;視乎口味,甜酸汁蘸與否冇所謂。炭烤白鱔.香蒜、芫荽、檸檬 $328白鱔皮脆肉彈,新鮮肥美,香蒜脆脆地、有芫荽香、檸檬酸、輕輕的提升層次,呢個配搭真係幾好。荔枝木煙燻戰斧牛扒 $780配備四款醬汁很有特色:辣根忌廉醬、芫荽阿根廷青醬 Chimichurri、五重黑椒醬、焦化牛油醬木煙燻果然唔同,真係似黑炭,但內裏見到粉紅鮮嫩,生熟度恰到好處,最佳狀態是 medium。高溫烤烹,成功保留了牛扒的油脂及肉汁,同時有荔枝木的芬芳脆,肉嫩好嚼。配菜方面有:炸薯仔油條配大蒜蛋黃醬 $88呢款近似西班牙炸油條 churro,只不過變咗鹹食,外脆內鬆軟的質感很討好,心水推薦!厚切薯仔、巴馬臣芝士、紅椒粉 $88辣辣地幾好食,咁厚切嘅薯條,係好少食得到。菠菜.大蒜、菲達芝士 $78非常嫩綠的菠菜,配芝士有點邪惡但合拍。最後仲有個飯:香烤米飯 $188鵝肝腸、臘腸、巴馬臣芝士、Acquerelio 飯明明係意大利飯,竟然夠膽加本地老牌頤和園臘腸,臘腸味道很出,真係有點食臘腸飯的感覺;飯裏面仲有鵝肝及芝士,所以濕濕哋,幾 creamy。炭烤菠蘿.椰子雪糕、椰子雲呢拿忌廉、冧酒 $148起初以為食菠蘿,原來係食雪糕,整個是椰子雲呢拿忌廉雪糕,裏面藏咗粒粒菠蘿,蛋白霜鋪面,出場時倒上冧酒及點火火炙,入口洋溢着雪糕的清甜及淡淡的火炙餘韻。紫蘇檸檬撻.辣味蛋白霜 $98造型及配搭都有創意,我鍾意佢辣辣地,醒胃好食!廚師推介雪糕及雪葩 $108朱古力、藍莓、雲呢拿,更有不同的脆餅點綴,吃得滿足!盡得地利,海景相伴,服務態度殷勤,值得再訪。https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_CflfkegbYhttps://www.instagram.com/gourmet_ivy/  繼續閱讀

今日到訪一間新餐廳,餐廳位於海港城,餐廳嘅裝修十分雅致,採木系色調和流線的線條,高高的天花配以柔和的燈光,充滿高雅和現代感,感覺舒服。午餐有八款,是西式午餐,主打炭火燒烤,包前菜或餐湯,主菜、配菜和飲品,價格由$148-$348不等。是日餐湯:龍蝦湯呢個龍蝦湯好正啊!龍蝦湯夠熱,口感香滑,質地薄身,沒有太膩口,味道濃郁,有濃厚的龍蝦風味,正!荔枝木煙燻阿根廷安格斯菲力牛扒$278Lychee wood- smoke Argentine Angus fillet mignon 200g這阿根廷安格斯菲力牛扒幾正!份量足,造型也美。牛扒選medium rare, 烤至嫩紅的半生熟,有淡雅的炭火風味,肉質軟腍,纖維幼細,完全不用花勁咀嚼,加上濃口牛肉味,再配上炸蒜片,真可口!木火烤西蘭花,辣椒,oregano,巴馬臣芝士Charred broccoli- chilli, oregano, Parmesan 烤西蘭花也十分可口,是長身的西蘭花,特別好吃軟嫩,西蘭花有著濃厚的芝士和香草風味,味道濃厚,軟熟適中,好吃。Cappuccino 這泡沫咖啡熱呼呼,泡沫薄薄一層,咖啡味道溫和,沒太苦或酸。加班至半夜,身心俱疲,在一家別緻的餐廳,吃一頓豐富又美味的午餐,真係最令人賞心悅目又給力的事。 繼續閱讀

【米芝蓮大廚木炭牛排🥩 - Charcoal Bar】@foodie.moodie.hk------------------------------🌈 - Crab Cake $148 (7/10)唔會太大份 蟹肉飽滿🦀️下面墊住嘅係由熱情果、芒果等做成嘅醬🍉食落都頗清新的 但就有小小冚住咗陣蟹味😗不過總括嚟講是不錯的👍.🌈- Sirloin US Choice Brandt Beef 200g $348 (8.5/10) 原本我哋諗住嗌荔枝木煙燻牛扒 但嗰日得返最平依款牛 諗住食落會普普通通 點知意外地又幾好食😋睇返先知原來間餐廳係米芝蓮星級廚師Bjoern Alexander開🤔牛排係用柴火烤🪵所以非常香口 Medium Rare熟度剛剛好肉味豐富 肉質唔算太淋不過都幾多根😗但味道上真係值得一試不驚豔但滿足的一塊牛排🥩.🌈- Potato Churros $88 (6.5/10) 炸薯仔油條配大蒜蛋黃醬🥚個人偏愛甜churros🤣食落口覺得比較淡 一般般🤨.🌈 - Crispy Rice Cake $188 (7.5/10)簡單嚟講就係fushion臘味焗飯有臘腸、鵝肝腸、Parmesan cheese🧀有玩意的一款菜 香濃芝士焗飯夾加臘腸🥓有興趣嘅都可以一試 .Overall我覺得都ok (好過隔離間Amelia😂),但唔係一間好大興趣回頭嘅餐廳。食物嚟講,最好食係份牛排🥩。環境同服務都唔錯,坐窗邊會望到碼頭⛴️,服務員有禮貌有耐性,餐廳乾淨精緻。希望俾到參考大家吧! 繼續閱讀

生日飯簡左呢間向海港城的西餐廳環境很好,坐吧枱都舒服Gathering 一流牛扒好juicy,燒蒜頭同菜sides都好好食食物唔會太油膩甜品燒菠蘿好好味價錢中上,服務同食物質素都好好 繼續閱讀

Dinner at a Lubuds outlet specializing in grilled and smoky dishes. Comprehensive wine list. Diverse menu. Here’s what we had.Baby Gem Caesar Salad with Smoked Anchovy, Parmesan shavings and an abundance of thick Bacon strips.Charcoal-Grilled Squid with Togarashi (七味粉) and lemon. The squid was expertly grilled, then cut into pieces. The togarashi added a touch of heat and complexity to the smokiness; well balanced by the citrus tanginess.Whole Amadai fish baked with Roasted Garlic, tomatoes, and Lemon. Although Chilli Butter was on the menu, I didn’t feel any spiciness.Charcoal-Grilled Spanish Octopus: tender and succulent, with a smoky flavor. Loved the crispy tentacles. Holstein breed Sirloin from Southern California, US. Asked for medium and came expertly cooked. Went very well with the Brown Butter and Horseradish Cream on the side.Initially wanted to order the Spring chicken, which was sold out. Server came up with the alternative of the slightly bigger portion of yellow chicken but we were afraid it was too much. So ordered instead the Charcoal-Grilled Iberico Pork Rack- rich and robust taste. Only 1 piece left by the time my phone-camera came to it.Potato Churros- crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a delightful potato flavor. The garlic aioli added a creamy and tangy element that complemented the churros perfectly. Everyone was fighting over these so had to order seconds.Apple Crumble with Vanilla Sauce, Vanilla Ice Cream, and AlmondsLemon Tart with Chili Meringue- pastry base was right on point.Charred Pineapple topped with Coconut cream and Ice Cream. Server came with small pan of flaming White Rum and poured it slowly, providing a delightful twist to the caramelized sweetness of the pineapple.In summary: diverse and flavorful dining experience with attentive and friendly service.
