Food is made to order so it will remain warm when served! Of course, you may have to be prepared for a queue. 😆

Tried their [ egg puffs ] ($22/serving) and it certainly did not disappoint!
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. ♡
Sweetness was just right, not overly sweet, so the rich egg flavor stood out - Delicious!
Would definitely visit again if I come to Shau Kei Wan some day.

其中很受歡迎的一家是《低調高手大街小食》
-每次聽到這個名字都覺得他們好可愛
誰會叫自己是「高手」啊🤣
不過，試過一次，你就知道他們的確是高手了！

小小的門面，白底紅字八字店名，尤其出眾
店員分工簡單：一位負責下單、結帳；其他的負責準備食物
餐點即點即製，確保新鮮熱辣
視乎人流，等候的時間也會較長～

一顆顆，容易剝出來
味道重蛋香，不會過甜，令蛋香味更出眾🥚
表面質感酥脆，中間位置半空氣半蛋糕狀，十分平均，剛剛好 ( ´ ∀ `)ノ♡
每一口都吃到外脆內軟的口感～
弄得出色～的確稱得上是「高手」 (*˘︶˘*)
