This is a 900g bone in rib of beef🥩 not the best steak but fair enough coz here’s lobster bar right🙈 it’s served with roasted bone marrow, pickled shallots, french fries!

First time trying such dessert🧐 it’s similar to a fried doughnut. Crispy outside and fluffy inside stuffed with calamansi curd. Rmb to dip it in the lemongrass custard and coriander sugar or else it will be super sour😂
