Recently, I had a fantastic breakfast at HKU Restaurant- Alfafa. My meal was the Pasta in Mushroom Soup with Burgundy Ham and Poached Egg, Sweet Corn, and King Oyster Mushroom. The pasta was cooked perfectly with a savory flavor, the mushroom soup was rich and creamy, and the burgundy ham was salty and added texture.
