📍The Drawing RoomFinally able to get to try the afternoon tea at the Drawing Room. It’s a lot easier to book now. We happened to try their collaboration with @esteelauder_hk For this special tea set, there were four fixed pieces. Balik Salmon, Comté Cheese, Hibiscus Grapefruits Gel and Black Rice Chocolate. All very well balanced and flavored. We can then choose four pieces of savory and sweet items each. We basically tried all on the trolly. My favorites include Caviar Mille Feuille, Foie Gras

For this special tea set, there were four fixed pieces. Balik Salmon, Comté Cheese, Hibiscus Grapefruits Gel and Black Rice Chocolate. All very well balanced and flavored.
We can then choose four pieces of savory and sweet items each. We basically tried all on the trolly. My favorites include Caviar Mille Feuille, Foie Gras Rose, Octopus Tartine and Cannelé. Their two flavored scones were very buttery too!
Overall, very good quality food. Just that they iced tea tasted like water 😅 The set also comes with a facial cleanser and eye cream sample! Such a great deal!
