The lifelike "Butterfly Pea Gel" is freshly made in-house every day, with a purplish-blue gradient effect. The saltiness is also full of new ideas. "Crispy Fried Butterfly Shrimp with Mango Salsa" - Chef's homemade mango salsa, golden fried butterfly prawns with mango salsa, sweet and sour, appetizing and delicious.
