天氣轉涼,又到左食燒烤、串燒既日子!我同朋友被一品燒既巨型魷魚吸引而黎,睇落超正!晚上七點去到,小店入面約五成滿,坐低左之後,人潮開始出現!好彩我地早d到!見到店員帶其他客人上一層,先知道原來樓上仲有位。一睇Menu, 見到燒烤食物分為燒海鮮、燒肉、燒丸、同埋燒野菜四類,我同朋友第一時間揀海鮮。原條火箭魷魚 ($78) 巨型魷魚🐙上枱時,比佢個份量嚇親🌟,真係幾巨型! 魷魚燒得剛好,所以爽口彈牙又唔會韌😋。重點係小店用咗秘製醬汁同落咗孜然粉一齊燒,所以食起上黎非常惹味👍,越食越辣,絕對可以刺激味蕾,如果唔食辣嘅朋友可以落單時註明走辣啊。芝士燒扇貝 ($44 4隻) 鮮味嘅扇貝被燒得香香,再灑上芝士燒至金黃,熱溶芝士擴散至整隻扇貝,芝味香濃😋😋😋。扇貝頗為鮮甜,配上濃郁芝士,一人食哂4隻都無問題,而且價錢都好合理!一品特選蒜蓉蟶子皇 ($48 )大大隻既蟶子皇上面加左蒜蓉同孜然粉一齊燒,惹味得黎仍然食到蟶子既鮮味,不過蟶子入面有少少沙未處理乾淨。蒜蓉燒茄子 ($36) 其實我自己唔係太好茄子,但係見到旁邊枱枱都有叫呢個茄子,又忍唔住想食埋一份。開邊茄子份量好大,上面有好多好多蒜蓉,一送上
