其實間唔中都會黎芝加哥食野,但係就一直都無寫過食評。最近仲慶祝中環新分店準備開張,每人送一杯啤酒(大家見到呢篇食評嘅時候唔知優惠完左未)。串燒黎講都無咩特別野想講,今次叫左以下呢堆野(唔知有無漏,應該差唔多): 1 招牌茄子燒2 韮菜燒3 鹽燒雞翼4 燒新疆羊臉肉串5 煙燻和牛牛舌6 日本一口番薯仔燒7 日本博多雞心串8 安格斯牛肉蔥串9 燒德國牛肉腸10 培根車厘茄卷 味道就不過不失啦,唔算好出色,不過幾抵食,所以我間中都會黎食野嘅。只係唔知幾時開始變左全部(或者有時太多就都會分兩三次嘅)燒好之後一大堆咁樣上枱。無話好唔好嘅,如果可以控制到全部串燒都係熱住拎出黎上枱的話。可能一次過拎出黎曬冷打卡震撼啲掛(應該好多人都覺得係咁),但係我就寧願食熱辣辣要吹幾下先食到嘅串燒喇。想視覺上震撼,打卡靚啲係可以嘅,但係味道始終都係餐廳嘅根本。態度決定高度,上枱嘅溫度亦都決定味道。 🍺題外話,其實啤酒款式已經唔算多(好意思叫自己酒場?),點指兵兵之下就總係無我想試嗰隻。如果命運真係能選擇,我都想試下黎到唔係又飲麒麟。 今次見到有款同名啤酒(Chicago Logo Beer),店員話有菠蘿味。嗯,

上次食已經係好耐之前,今日去大埔搵朋友食飯,再encore 呢間餐廳。今次呢位朋友唔係太飲得酒,問左職員建議之後,我地點左Kirin 啤 (Kirin Ichiban Draught) ,聽講比較無咁易醉。Kirin Ichiban Draught (左:水蜜桃;右:櫻花)由於Frozen 機無開,我地就揀左Draught。我叫個杯係水蜜桃味,甜甜地,比櫻花味個杯麥味重少少。櫻花個杯係朋友點既,我試飲左幾啖,味道比較清新。餐廳背景顏色偏藍色系,打卡一流。串燒放係同一塊木板上菜傾心事好時機 我地兩個總共點左十種串燒,或烤物。一面食串燒,一面飲啤酒,同朋友一齊傾計,好治癒。串燒食物(拼圖)特別推介 燒芝士年糕,味道同口感好軟軟的,芝士入口即溶,好好味。玉子燒 $32 (四件)味道偏甜,岩曬好甜食既朋友。韮菜燒 $15 (1串)烤汁好入味,令韮菜又香又惹味。燒汁牛仔骨$45香濃而肉質鮮嫩,烤完又好味。日光日白搵到個打卡一流又有酒飲既地方,岩曬至潮既你你你,黎呢到同朋友傾下心事,同埋食餐開心既飯。
