說到北方菜式,相對較為少接觸山東菜,週末便決定一試究竟。京蔥爆羊肉爆炒得十分到位,火候十足,羊肉沒有討厭的羶味,反而有濃厚的醬香,肉質更是嫩滑細膩。京蔥很多,又爽又甜。再來的驚喜是那少少的芫茜帶出的香氣,高招!食完精彩的羊肉後,接下來的乾燒蝦球就被比了下去。蝦球的肉不太夠爽口,反為實了些。伴碟的西蘭花堅強得很,硬到不得了,好像只是求其灼一灼;唯一可接受的是芡汁的味道過得去。幸好牛肋骨完全挽回聲勢!整條牛肋骨足有一隻手的長度,肉量非凡!牛肉炆煮得勁好食,超級腍超級入味,脂位極香,真的入口即溶,令人食不停口,必食推介!西湖樹影其實是勾又蛋白芡的灼露荀。露荀軟身無渣,翠綠的感覺很清新;蛋白芡配得很溫和,入口順滑。最後是韮菜盒子,盒皮是脆的,中間的餡料除韮菜外就是炒蛋,出乎意料竟是如此的匹配,另一道達到大滿貫級數的小點!超出預期好食的山東菜!
