原本有朋友話想食蒸氣火鍋,但我食過覺得唔係太抵食,味覺上又無咩特別,突然諗起有人同我介紹過呢間粥底火鍋,就諗住去試下。我哋去果日先即日book台,點知又有位喎。去到間鋪仲未齊人,諗住問佢攞個menu出嚟,睇下有啲咩嘢食同埋價錢,跟住有個姐姐走出嚟同我講話佢哋呢度全部食set,無menu,每位$188。諗住呢個價錢食海鮮,應該唔會飽,仲問定佢有啲咩餸可以加,點知個姐姐話一般嚟講淨係食個餐都飽如果我哋唔係真係好大食的話,我果陣都半信半疑。到我哋人齊入去坐低之前,果煲粥底已經為我哋準備好滾緊,然後10分鐘之內已經將個餐嘅全部配料放上枱。店員見我哋第一次嚟,仲教我哋應該食邊樣先,唔同種類嘅海鮮大概淥幾耐。第一味食嘅呢就係鮮鮑魚,鮑魚新鮮,表面有光澤,肉質爽口,但本身味道唔算話係好突出,可能我自己本身麻麻地鍾意食呢樣嘢。生蠔我的至愛 ,新鮮肥美大隻,淥完之後都無話縮好多水,蠔嘅味道唔算係好濃,不過淥蠔果陣記得要睇實時間,千祈唔好淥太耐,唔係肉質就會變老變硬。啲蜆本身唔算話好大隻,但就隻只嘅size都差吾多,無話有啲特別細隻。倒晒落去之後你會見到佢哋一隻隻咁開口。蜆肉乾淨無沙,每一隻都開口,肉質

黑椒牛丸同一般街市貨色好唔同,呢隻牛丸用嘅係原粒黑椒,同磨碎咗嘅黑椒相比,原粒黑椒個辣味無咁突出,返而更加散發出黑椒本身嘅香味,更加有層次,夾埋響牛丸裡面,就好似薰香咗成粒肉咁,好正,要去細味品嚐

響食嘅過程中,店員周不時都會走過嚟睇下我哋有啲咩需要,服務周到。有個大姐姐好得意,講嘢又好搞笑。場地方面有兩張大卡位,同三張長枱,多人的話最好訂位,座卡位會比較舒服,長枱會比較窄。每張枱上面都有部冷氣,大熱天時都唔會熱。環境都好企理,廁所仲出奇地乾淨。
$188加一呢個價錢,食咁多款海鮮,仲要咁新鮮,真係好抵食。鍾意食粥嘅你一定唔可以錯過!
