To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日想坐低食個靚lunch，就揀咗間咖啡店～環境乾淨又坐得舒服，而食物質素都十分唔錯！🍳全日早餐 All Day Breakfast ($158)黎到café一定要食個all day😂 又大份又足料～最中意係麵包用咗sourdough，食落有嚼勁嘅口感🤤加上滑嫩嘅雞蛋，係一個好好嘅配搭～🍝煙肉忌廉蛋汁意粉 Best In Town Carbonara ($148)意粉好creamy，鹹味較重，個人好中意🤤蛋味都好濃郁，同忌廉加芝士融合，口感豐富～食落唔會覺得過膩，係值得recommend嘅卡邦尼意粉！☕️薄脆焦糖咖啡 Caffè Brulee ($54)呢個咖啡好特別，喺其他餐廳冇點見過～面層嘅焦糖香脆，同咖啡一齊飲帶點甜味好夾🤤

沒得 booking, 先到先得，但係晚飯時段都唔會分時段趕你走, 裝修為閱報室文化風, menu就像報紙一樣設計, 用麻繩掛在牆上, 環境舒適, 食物質素高, 價錢合理, 真係老友便利的聚腳點~~最喜歡全日早餐的麵飽籃, 因為配有玫瑰醬, 同文華東方吃high tea 時配的玫瑰醬有得比, 香濃美味! 用來塗英式鬆餅至夾, 就是欠個 clotting cream~黎 cafe 一定要飲咖啡，signature 中試了兩款, 玫瑰及焦糖薄脆，前者玫瑰香略嫌不夠, 後者有新意，咖啡味兩款也略嫌不夠，但係飲咖啡黎講, 賣相同環境可以搭夠~沒影相也很好吃的黑森林薄餅、雞肉薄餅等，其實食物賣相好，質素高，個人就吃得很滿意~~

Other Info. : 有一項非常不滿就是以紙杯盛水給客人, 其實都係dine in , 紙杯既影響視又唔襯風格, 可唔可以唔好咁唔環保呢?
