食物質素、整體服務、環境都一流嘅餐廳。今次叫咗「季 Ki」呢個dinner set, total 10道菜。前菜冇咩特別,但勝在夠開胃😎由刺食開始食起,雪場蟹好清好鮮味,配搭埋creamy嘅海膽同香氣滿滿嘅魚子醬,又係另一種味感享受。食完咗刺身,職員就準備蒸蟹🦀蒸蟹同時就上咗茶碗蒸,蛋入面加蟹肉一齊蒸,啖淡蛋都充滿蟹香!食完茶碗蒸,啲蟹都蒸好。蒸嘅時間岩岩好,保留到蟹最鮮嫩嘅口感同肉汁。用蒸呢種煮法可以好明顯咁食到兩款蟹嘅味道同口感嘅分別。鱈場蟹腳就用咗燒嘅烹調方法,香氣十足!!! 主要食鱈場蟹充滿彈性嘅口感。日式料理點少得天婦羅😋炸漿唔厚,岩岩好包裹住蟹肉,亦都唔會太油。蟹羹可以話係足料,調味唔會鹹cover咗啲蟹嘅鮮味。凍毛蟹,蟹生拆曬肉而且冇殼碎。蟹腳都開咗一邊殼,一來好present得好睇,二來食落都好方便。整體都食到蟹嘅鮮甜😋😋甜品前就係蟹肉蒸飯,蟹肉好多啖啖飯都食到蟹肉。
