今晚同書友仔去食咗一個好正嘅晚餐~ 就係去咗「Chef's Stage Kitchen」~我地叫左二人餐再加野食,先試咗佢哋嘅炭燒穀飼澳洲肉眼扒拼香草牛油焗波士頓龍蝦尾~正常啦,冇特別之處,但都好好味。肉眼扒係好嫩滑,龍蝦尾就算焗過都仲保持住鮮甜嘅味道然後,我又試咗佢哋嘅燒法國春雞,真係好香嫩皮脆!個皮烤到金黃色,咬落去有啲脆脆嘅口感,雞肉都好多汁,以雞黎講唔算平,但又真係巧食~最令我地驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅法式生牛肉他他!呢個真係太好食喇!佢哋將生牛肉切成細粒,再加入各種調味料同埋鵪鶉蛋,混合得恰到好處,每啖都帶出牛肉嘅鮮味同口感。一黎到就畀朋友食曬,相都影唔到切,佢哋都大讚~最後係初榨純橄欖油蒜香白酒煮紐西蘭海鑽蜆扁意粉。意粉煮得好爽滑,蜆肉鮮甜多汁,同埋有啲蒜香同白酒嘅味道,好開胃。意粉軟硬度適中,食落好有嚼勁。總括嚟講,「Chef's Stage Kitchen」嘅晚餐真係好出色!佢地D 奶茶都巧巧飲~ 呵呵

個皮烤到金黃色,咬落去有啲脆脆嘅口感,雞肉都好多汁,以雞黎講唔算平,但又真係巧食~
最令我地驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅法式生牛肉他他!呢個真係太好食喇!

一黎到就畀朋友食曬,相都影唔到切,佢哋都大讚~
最後係初榨純橄欖油蒜香白酒煮紐西蘭海鑽蜆扁意粉。
意粉煮得好爽滑,蜆肉鮮甜多汁,同埋有啲蒜香同白酒嘅味道,好開胃。
意粉軟硬度適中,食落好有嚼勁。
總括嚟講,「Chef's Stage Kitchen」嘅晚餐真係好出色!
