移民外地多年的朋友回港旅遊數天,入住天后的維景酒店,當然要約出來聚一聚啦;最方便定必是酒店內的餐廳了;自助餐老少咸宜,就算待久了一點,朋友的兩個寶貝兒子也不至於太無聊吧!由酒店的正門,經扶手電梯上一樓,再經圓型樓梯到二樓,就會來到繽紛維苑餐廳。吃自助餐,自己通常會先巡視一圏,看看有什麼想吃的。第一輪先是主攻蔬菜類,之後才到海鮮、主菜及甜品。菜蔬的選擇也不少,首先看到的便是我的至愛火箭菜,再來還有車厘茄、粟米、薯仔、青黃椒、秋葵、鷹咀豆和紅腰豆等可供選擇;隨個人喜好選擇醬汁 - 千島醬、法式沙律醬或日式沙律醬,不過還是陳醋及橄欖油最得我心,好味又健康!時值大閘蟹季節,沒有不吃的理由罷!這江蘇大閘蟹的蟹糕也真不少,如不是要保留後勁,一定要掃番三、四隻才會罷休。凍海鮮區也有不少選擇,龍蝦、翡翠螺、長腳蟹、大蝦、青口等,看真點,連大閘蟹也來個冰鎭?還是揀我最喜歡的龍蝦吧,雖然size不是很大,肉質卻是爽口彈牙,而且蝦膏也不少呢。菜胆雞和清蒸龍脷柳,雞肉嫰滑,沒什麼雞味是意料中事。蒸魚的火喉可能過了火,有些少嚡口。原來雪莉酒及port 酒是無限量供應的,喜歡飲酒的我當然要一試啦,用它來配襯黑毛豬
