好多年前喺呢頭返工嘅時候,已經食過呢間舖頭隔咗咁多年返嚟再食嘅時候品質依然高企嚟到呢間舖頭,我覺得必食嘢係炆牛肋骨前菜: 薯仔普普通通,泡菜嘅調味偏向甜同埋辣,唔酸既,我鐘意湯:足料,有蘿蔔有骨有肉好夠味主菜:上面隻大冬菇好厚身有肉地又入味牛肋骨望落同好似我地食開既牛仔骨咁樣,要提一提平時牛仔骨圍住支骨果個圈有個好un 既筋,呢度一樣炆到化開左,絕對輕鬆咬開,肉味慢慢滲出黎,入邊有好多蘿蔔全部都透晒勁入味,湯頭偏甜,不過都幾討好,攞嚟撈飯堅正最後生薑熱飲,可能佢比我d 水唔夠熱溶唔晒個底好甜總結:食過返尋味👍
