去咗兩個星期歐洲,男朋友一返到香港就話要去食雞煲同打邊爐,所以前兩日就出咗佐敦食倫哥尊尚火鍋私房菜。基本上而家一大班人約食飯都會食倫哥,我一年都食幾次架,倫哥啲食材真心新鮮!我哋個套餐係海火鮮鍋(嚐鮮十二式)。一去到就有四款前菜,前菜有豆腐,木耳等,中規中矩。好快就有刺身拼盤,刺身好唔錯,最好味係牡丹蝦,鮮甜彈牙!食完刺身無耐就有蒸海鮮,我哋有蒜蓉蒸帶子,雖然帶子唔係好大粒,但勝在新鮮。帶子,蒜蓉同粉絲呢個組合係無得彈!之後又嚟咗炆花膠鮑魚,都炆得幾稔同入味。跟住就係重頭戲—雞煲。呢到嘅待應好友善,大約每兩分鐘就幫我哋炒個雞煲,其間仲加咗魷魚同豬皮落去炒,大約八分鐘就得喇!呢度嘅雞肉好嫩滑,重點係雞煲調味適中,食完絕對唔會口喝!惹味得嚟絕對唔會太重口味!食完雞煲就到打邊爐,通常我食完雞煲都無咩戰鬥力,但喺倫哥,我係會刻意留肚打邊爐,因為佢啲牛肉好正!今次我哋清清地要皮蛋芫荽湯。配料都有好多種類,有牛,海鮮拼盤,墨魚滑,蝦滑,水餃,響鈴,炸魚皮同蔬菜。最正嘅配料一定係個牛頸脊,有啲雪花紋,但又唔會太肥,重點係牛味濃!另一推介係手打墨魚滑同蝦滑,有粒粒原隻蝦喺入面!飲品選擇都唔少,除咗有一

最後仲有甜品—椰汁雪燕為呢一餐畫上完美句號。
總括而言,倫哥嘅價錢係中上,但勝在食材新鮮,種類多,又服務周到,所以值得一再encore!
