筆者由小一向鍾愛越南菜,每當想起蒜蓉牛油炸雞翼、越南春卷和越式蒸粉包,定必食指大動,可惜近年很多老字號都相繼結業,稱得上好味的越南菜已買少見少了。上月行經荃灣千色匯, 敞見一間新進駐的越南菜館,筆者的食慾又立即高漲起來,碰巧又是晚飯時段,遂和朋友一起 入去試一下。此店裝潢設計行悠閒田園路線,門口以粗糙的原木裝飾,外面放著一 架傳統藤籃單車和一個古老旅行皮箱,甚有懷舊風味。店內以開放式裝修連接商場,地方寬敞闊落,設計充滿著熱帶風情,木餐枱配上懷舊款式金屬餐椅,滿佈周圍的仿綠色植物,一張張仿戶外的帳幕餐桌 ,加上柔和閃爍的星星燈光,一貫戶外田園感覺,清新舒適。細閱設計精美,以木板製成的餐牌,一目了然的按菜式分門別類,裡 面彩色精緻的相片,清晰吸引,讓人食慾大增。筆者分別點了最喜愛的越式三寶:牛油蒜香雞翼、越南春卷和越式蒸粉包, 還有水晶香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷、拉娜燒牛肉和越式釀墨魚。牛油蒜香雞翼是筆者每次食越南菜必點的越菜三寶之一,那牛油蒜香實在是百吃不厭!而這店的牛油蒜香雞翼,足有差不多半隻手掌之大,雞翼裹上蛋漿麵粉炸得金黃香脆,配上蒜蓉牛油的誘人香氣,令 人忍不住大啖大啖咬下去,雞翼熱辣燙嘴
