小肥不好名牌只愛食,慶祝家人生日及過時過節都會選擇豪飲豪食一番,今個聖誕X新年就請父母同哥哥去中環擺花街,齊齊去試小表弟極力推介o既「燒乜」。據悉,新店正式開業未到一個月,大廈翻新工程明顯仲需時去完成,唔怪得知週五晚都唔係咁多客,XO仔早一日以網上訂座一啲都冇難度。佔用面積全層o既「燒乜」環境開揚,設計和風得黎都幾摩登吓,雖則貴為燒物專門店,室內卻一絲燒味都冇,抽氣做得非常好。近窗o既一排散座全為四人枱,另一邊則為以吧位圍繞著o既開放式廚房。肥肥家族一向嗜杯中物,埋位第一刻當然係要開返樽日本清酒啦!請留意,如貴客有意自攜靚酒,店子收取o既開瓶費分別為$300(750ml或以下)及$600(750ml以上)。「Cheers!聖誕節快樂,新年進步!」用上靚女武士作商標o既餐店晚市主要有三頁餐牌。除此之外,極之友善o既服務生仲呈上及續一講解每日由日本空運到港o既特色燒物食材,當晚包括兩款菇物、甜蕃薯、青椒、蕃茄等。點好菜式後,意外地哥哥仔先送上新年賀歲小食拼盤。小食拼盤(免費贈送):小食上枱時已經凍哂,其中炸雞軟骨又腍又冇味,而兩件燒金目鯛魚仲帶點腥味添。豆腐海藻沙律/大葉酸汁($98):沙
