同樣的人腳,兩個月前打完邊爐;兩個月後再來一次,只不過換了地點。本來想食雞煲 ⋯⋯ 講起雞煲,熱潮由大圍的「來來重慶雞煲火鍋」帶起,反而最早打入香港市埸的「重慶雞公煲」熱潮未起已𨦫羽而歸。「來來」逐漸為人認識及熱捧之後,分店越開越多,雖然不清楚是特許合作或同一個老闆直接經營或只是盜用名字,始終維持偏辣原味;由於大受歡迎,坊間爭相仿效,並為了迎合更多客人的大眾化口味,推出減辣變奏版,始作俑者「來來」則堅持四川香辣麻原味。也不知什麼原因,其他地區的「來來」分店相繼結業,現只餘下大圍總店,但熱潮仍在,雞煲火鍋店已在香港遍地開花。正因為坊間的雞煲火鍋店多不勝數,也不知道那間好吃;猶豫之際,朋友發現了「鵝大哥鵝煲專家」,夠特別,一於試試。「鵝大哥」開業只有一年多,位置有點騎呢,位於一座並非以飲飲食食而著名的商業大廈樓上,最耐人尋味之處,大廈外牆並沒有明顯的廣告招牌、地下大堂入口也找不到大大個廣告燈箱,如果唔係有人介紹,真的不知道樓上有間火鍋店。所以,雖然是星期六晚上七點的黃金時段,整間火鍋店連同筆者這一枱在內只有兩枱客人,啤酒小姐也休閒地站在遠處、百無聊賴地玩手機。一間沒有什麼裝修、甚至有點地踎
