都爹利會館呢個月重推懷舊點心放題夜,七月訂唔到嘅話現在再有機會,雖然加咗$30每位$298,能在米芝連一星飯店內,無限品嚐32款懷舊點心,未嘗不可! 懷舊點心放題夜,逢星期一至四,下午5:30至8:30,每位$298+10%,已包普洱茶及醬芥費用。我3號晚去咗啦,放題的食物自然心中有數,不過碗仔翅、鴨腳扎等兒時的美食已經少有機會懷緬;而且滿足一下虛榮感亦好。五項三十二款點心,街頭風味最有特色、煎炸點勝在即煎即炸,蒸籠美點大路貨,甜點可以放棄。 水準不穩定,有得有唔得!我估計有些懷舊點心是外購的,如果是自己師傅做嘅就冇問題,也因如此,全部醬汁辣醬皆唔錯! 街頭風味:三款街頭風味碗仔翅自然必吃,我認為似蛇羹多啲,因為有不少肉絲,相反找不到任何疑似翅口感的物體!幸好我聰明,慷慨地加醋及白胡椒粉之後,重拾街頭碗仔翅風味!咖喱三寶咖喱味道好,韭菜豬紅可以呀!即煎即炸:建議大家行出花園,點選即煎即炸,新鮮熱辣送上差唔到去邊!香煎蝦米腸冇乜蝦米,但成功香煎,煎得有些脆,腸粉厚薄適中,

即煎即炸: 建議大家行出花園,點選即煎即炸,新鮮熱辣送上差唔到去邊! 香煎蝦米腸冇乜蝦米,但成功香煎,煎得有些脆,腸粉厚薄適中,青蔥增分,混合甜醬麻醬之後,風韻猶存!
