今日下晝黎到上環食晏,路經呢間舖仔細細既諸勝堂,見等既時間唔一耐就入左去。同女朋友兩叫左一個餐分別係: 自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉,配奶油豬同牛乳炒滑蛋,另一個就係自家製xo醬肉眼豬扒飯,飲品就叫左凍奶茶。先上枱既係奶油豬同炒滑蛋,奶油豬既脆邊再加埋上面既奶油簡直係完美配搭,第一啖咬落去既係個脆邊,啱啱好唔會過燶,第二啖就食到佢地香濃既奶油,真係好好食,而平時唔食炒滑蛋既我都食到上左癮,因為真係滑得黎好香蛋味,叉燒意粉,講得出自家製就唔係普通燒味檔貨色,唔會有黑色既燶邊,而且口感結實,咸甜度適中,同湯意粉好夾。另一碟係xo醬豬肉眼扒飯,xo醬同樣係自製既,油份唔多,反而個料好豐富,食得出有蝦干,而豬肉眼扒就好似豬柳咁,無骨啖啖肉,而且肉質好爽,以呢戈個價錢黎講,絕對超值。
