向來都覺得旺角這地段, 什麼都會貴少少.加上自己怕迫, 甚少約朋友周未周日到這區飲茶.今日就真係2015年首次在旺角飲茶.全因某一天晚上, 到這大廈的樓上影音器材店, 想看看有無筍貨. 就在樓下電梯大堂出口, 看到這個餐廳招牌,點心價格真係好抵. 忍不住拍攝這招牌的照片和朋友分享, 大家都覺得價位OK, 就這様約出來飲茶了. 當日訓到11點几, 來到旺角己下午12點半, 門口職員安排了3樓的5人座位,要坐電梯上去呢!座下後, 先點茶及清洗餐具.便馬上剔點心了.現在未夠1點, 仍是午市時段!先點住部份, 待下午茶再點下半場吧! 先上來的是翡翠叉燒腸1碟6件, 叉燒醃料不算太勁, 唔會搶曬腸粉皮原本清淡的味道. 豉油份量亦剛剛好, 不會令腸粉過鹹, 真係要視乎職員是否落重手! 松露蘑菇包網上都推薦這款包包, 所以想試下.又真係扮得很似菇菇. 仲有菇頂的裂縫呀.中間黑松露很香.香滑流沙包這是我喜款的包包之一.中間流出來的蛋黃醬, 熱辣辣, 又香又甜,自從在陶陶居首次嚐過後, 才知這種包好好味!唔係用吉士醬, 而是甜甜的流沙蛋黃呀! 起碼食得到是蛋黃呀!所以飲茶必點這包包.小嬌白玉棉花雞雖然不

1碟6件, 叉燒醃料不算太勁,
唔會搶曬腸粉皮原本清淡的味道.
豉油份量亦剛剛好, 不會令腸粉過鹹,
真係要視乎職員是否落重手!

唔係用吉士醬, 而是甜甜的流沙蛋黃呀!
起碼食得到是蛋黃呀!

雖然不知棉花是魚肚定豬皮,
但真係全吸收了雞汁的精華, 仲有冬菇的香味呀!!

以為是奶酪沾粉漿再炸.
原來是以麵包卷起來炸,
金黃色的表面脆卜卜, 不油膩,
中間的奶酪少少甜, 不太溜,
真係想再追加多一碟.

3件的千層紅棗糕係有點點紅棗味,

又係3件很正常的炸雲吞, 配上甜酸汁.
但這份真係好抵.
2碟炸雲吞制法是一模一樣,
剛才鮮蝦什果脆雲吞是HKD19,
而這份只是HKD10, 等於半價了.
下次飲茶, 一定要等到下午茶時段才點這個炸雲吞.
