餐廳位置唔太顯眼,要搵,亦因為咁唔係太多客,有啲可惜。地方好大,裝潢帶台灣原住民文化氣息,座位寬敞舒服「古早味滷白菜」有上湯浸住,面頭撒上魯肉飯嘅香菇肉粒,娃娃菜鮮甜爽口,調味適中,唔會過咸「宜蘭蔥餡餅」外皮超薄,煙煙韌韌,一咬落去仲爆出鮮味肉汁!外皮煎到好香口,入面有大量蔥,味道有啲似蔥油「台灣刈包」舊五花肉好。大。件!!!超厚切,大大塊夾喺煙韌又軟熟嘅蒸包之間,睇見已流晒口水五花肉嘅皮同脂肪好清爽,滿滿骨膠原,成舊肉肥同瘦嘅部分都整到好彈牙,再加上咸酸菜同花生碎平衡味道同咬口,簡直係畫龍點睛「豐收飯」超。抵。食!一碗飯配五款肉三款配菜,有牛展、豬腩肉、雞翼、鯖魚、台灣腸,配新香、滷蛋、菜,橫掃晒海陸空! 牛展同豬腩肉都係厚切,前者咬口好正,如果再多少少味會更好,後者半肥瘦但清爽爽口,一啲都唔油膩,鯖魚魚皮微脆,魚肉juicy,台灣腸唔會太濃,米飯粒粒分明有飯香,真係好有誠意!「燒仙草紅豆芋圓(熱)」叫起至上,粉團有芋頭、紫薯同蕃薯味三種,糖水個人覺得有點兒太甜,紅豆再多啲會更好~所有食物都係正宗、好味、抵食,而且完全唔會太咸同油,超高質!
