點餐前店員先免費奉上前菜中華沙律,等我地可以慢慢食住睇MENU,相當貼心。小食蟹籽沙律份量唔算適中,青瓜爽脆而且新鮮,每粒蟹籽亦都卜卜脆,作為前菜一流。海膽炒飯上面有一排海膽,食嘅時候同啲飯撈埋一齊,咁就每啖飯都可以有晒海膽嘅味道吉列蝦芝士反卷,新鮮炸起嘅吉列蝦非常香脆,上面有微焦嘅芝士同沙律醬,味道豐富得黎有層次。燒菠蘿多汁香甜磯煮鮑魚味道濃郁,而且肉質非常彈牙,另外仲好細心咁將鮑魚分成兩份,方便同人分享。和風牛肉炒烏冬非常有口感,成個烏冬吸收左大量嘅牛肉汁,同湯烏冬相比係另一種風味。蟹子壽司$20火灸三文魚壽司$22
