和風凱撒沙律($62),先上頭盤開胃菜,西班牙火腿切成薄薄一片,鹹香味十足,拌埋蔬菜一齊食岩岩好中和返味道。地獄拉麵($98),雖說係地獄,但辣度類似坊間既中辣,所以其實唔使怕比個名嚇退左,對於我唔食得辣黎講只食食物,湯底飲左四份一係無問題,叉燒好腍,厚肉,仲有4片,流心蛋又正又滑。稻草烤安格斯牛扒($168),牛扒已貼心咁切開成一塊塊,內裏呈鮮嫩粉紅,目測煮至7成熟係最好既黃金比例,牛扒好腍,有幾塊還連帶住牛脂,牛味更濃郁。帶子魷魚燒($58),內裏餡料除左有帶子和魷魚之外,仲有好多紫薑,未必人人接受到紫薑既味道,但我就幾鐘意食。油甘魚刺身($92),共6片厚切刺身,顏色鮮艷唔暗淡,新鮮肥美,口感爽口。牡丹蝦刺身($58),筷子相比起蝦肉幼身得多,可見蝦夠大隻,而且黏性十足,證明新鮮。
