經常係雜誌見到介紹南小館,餐牌上既款式又幾多,價錢又唔貴,所以就試下!德福呢間南小館裝修好靚,用木枱,白牆,有d盆栽,感覺好舒適!一坐低,侍應就斟茶,係蕎麥茶,好清香!每位茶錢要$9,所以要好好品嘗呀!另外枱面有碟前菜,分別係辣菜脯,花生,菜脯好好食,微辣,爽口,會食唔停!$12碟!睇下餐牌,都幾多野食,我地揀自己想食既野!招牌生煎包:一咬開就流湯汁出黎,幾香,肉嫩,好juicy,入面包皮吸左d湯而個包底又好脆,整得幾好!咕嚕肉:酸甜度剛好,大部分都細舊,而且脆粉多,肉少, 唔夠熱,有少少失望。大良炒飯:顏色好深但味道唔夠,上面既蝦就像裝飾品放上去,完全無醃過,無味道,又是同一問題,唔夠熱!扣分!乾葱油拌麵:唔夠葱油香,唔夠味,唔夠熱,麵質尚可,唔會太林或太硬! 每碟菜雖然價錢唔貴,但原來全部都好的骰,餐廳最大問題係餸菜唔夠熱!感覺似煮左好耐,放係到咁!扣分!
