Last time we came to 鴻圖中心 and passed by this 二少廚房 but didn't get to try. I already had dinner but wanted to get something for supper when I passed by it this time.It was a small counter near an entrance of 鴻圖中心. There were some seats just outside the counter for you to eat in. There were 5 手撕雞 sets including steamed Jasmine rice. Each set of rice plus soup cost as cheap as $70. All the sets could be converted to 魚湯米線 or 拌麵 at $8. All sets came with a complimentary soy milk or hot jasmine tea. Bu

All sets came with a complimentary soy milk or hot jasmine tea. But you would not get the drink if you topped up for the soup. There were 4 soups to choose from.
I ordered 奶油蒜香手撕雞 changing the rice into 秘製醬拌麵 and topped it up by $13 to get 花膠燉雞湯. As there was no drink, I ordered an additional cold soy milk at $12.

Everything was served separately in takeaway containers except for the soup which was served very very hot.

The soup was really clear with one piece of fish maw although it was pretty small. There were one piece of chicken foot which was super tender, one Chinese mushroom, two small pieces of wings and two pieces of pork. It was very healthy and delicious, and it was great value for money at $13 of top-up only!

The shredded chicken was really good! Chewy and super rich in chicken flavour. I suspect that they were from free range chicken! Very good. The garlic butter made the chicken a bit more smooth but the shredded chicken themselves tasted good enough! So considerate of them that there was some boiled lettuces served on the side. Healthy and yummy!
秘製醬拌麵 at $8
The 秘製醬 was a mix of 豆豉, chilli and smashed peanuts. It was not spicy but quite appetising. The noodles were served warm and were thin. There were some cucumber slices.

The cold soy milk was not overly sweet at all and was quite delicious.
In short, the shredded chicken was really good and the soup was also great value for money!
