To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細到大我都勁爆中意小籠包,呢間算係我係香港認為數一數二小籠包好食架,要評價小籠包既質素可以由基本三方面出發:皮、肉、湯。 皮方面,呢間做得簿之餘並唔係一夾就穿,依然有彈性。輕咬開小籠包會發現湯已經四湧而來,細嘗味道,很是香濃開胃。而俾入面既豬肉餡份量岩岩好,亦吸滿湯汁,整體係揾唔到缺點。
🔹總括來講:我個人甚至鍾意呢間多個鼎泰豐,另外私心推介食得辣嘅朋友可以紅油抄手,yummy and 🌶
點知原來呢個一d都唔油既香蔥手抓餅先係重點!用筷子一撕就開,可見係幾鬆化,而且食落乾脆加香蔥味四散,一個字正!要再叫既小食!

腐皮卷d雜菜絲都幾新鮮咁,腐皮就唔多脆,有d un un地.
紅油抄手,菜肉云呑個餡好juicy,辣油可以再辣d就更好了.
小籠包,都保持到水準,皮薄有湯汁.
而擔擔麵,蔴醬湯底是稀稀那種,唔錯,唔會滯口,d麵好Q好食呀,我最憎糊口癹脹果d,食兩啖就脹住個胃..
今次都幾好𡃓,可以將佢由黑名單剔除!
