之前外國朋友來港問我中環有邊D餐廳好食,偶然發現到呢間港味十足嘅餐廳,結果自己都忍唔住嚟試!餐廳分上下層,下層飲嘢多,我哋用餐組所以去咗上層,呢度反而更似以前大排檔,連餐具都好懷舊呀~~~乒乓菠 $118呢度D菜單名都好搞笑,唔睇介紹都唔知係甚麼來的,見到係菠蘿乜乜乜即刻叫,原來係菠蘿包burger,裡面仲有成塊好新鮮好甜嘅菠蘿,同好飽滿嘅漢堡一齊食,就好似廣告咁一咬生果汁肉汁同時爆發,李好味炒飯 $208就咁睇都已經睇得出炒飯包含多種食材:蟹肉﹑蝦﹑帶子,飯粒係比較扁身相對有咬口,炒飯都炒得好乾身唔會漿住曬,加埋適當嘅調味,令海鮮鮮味充分凸顯!老魷鬼鬼 $148每件size製作成一口大細,方便一啖入口,外層炸得夠酥脆,放耐咗都唔會淋曬,裡面釀咗法國魚子醬同墨魚滑,所以口感同一般鬼馬油炸鬼有分別,味道更濃郁。正粉腸。腸粉正 $108腸粉炒過之後依然滑溜,醬汁好均勻咁掛在每一條腸粉上,唔會太油,加埋半熟荷包蛋一齊食口感更加豐富,隻蛋真係錦上添花。扮上菜 $108 用煲上嘅炒菜我都係第一次見,咁反而可以keep得住菜嘅溫度,菜有少少油容易入口亦好夠味,新鮮又爽口唔會變一陀,記得要叫蒜蓉呀。

呢個係我試過咁多菜式中最驚喜嘅一道菜,開頭我完全唔知道發生甚麼事,點解會有白色cream?原來玩法係龍蝦肉放在多士上再加D白色嘅煉奶奶泡一啖食,感覺好似唔係好夾,事實上係完美配搭!本身龍蝦肉嘅醬汁好濃,但加埋奶泡即時令成件事平衡番曬,龍蝦肉鮮味足亦好彈牙,放在殼上賣相更精美,味道之特別絕對要自己親身試過先知!

顏色同薏米水一樣嘅自己柚裡面其實分別有檸檬﹑柚子同蘋果三款果汁,加埋薑啤同荔枝果蓉,檸檬同柚子都好突出,所以會有酸嘅感覺,但一樣好清好容易入口,有D人會怕有薑味,放心,唔講真係唔覺㗎,反而係咁多水果加埋都咁清新好神奇呢!

其實自己唔係太喜歡西柚,但又想飲梳打,好彩試過先發現西柚味都唔難入口,加上有梳打+雪碧加持分散注意力,整體好解膩又唔係好甜,燒過嘅西柚仲有少燒smoky味添~
