小南國是新派的上海菜館,在雅致的環境中,為食客提供高品質的美食體驗。餐館純白色的風扇吊燈,盛放的蘭花和寬敞的空間,營造了高貴、清新的格調。由於我們一行八人,所以選了南國八人宴($1688)。花雕醉雞的雞皮冰涷,雞肉滑嫰,吃下去有陣陣花雕酒的幽香,酒香中帶杞子的清甜,而且酒味不會奪過雞味,是不錯的開胃冷盤。四喜烤夫是麵筋的一種,非常有彈性,配上爽口木耳,淡甜的麵筋加上微酸的木耳,頗為滋味!皮蛋豆腐是一味樸實的冷盤,雖然食材簡單,但味道做得出色,更顯功架! 豆腐滑溜,非常薄切,入口即溶,配上甜甜的豉油和香蔥,豆味更加香濃! 蔬菜沙律的蔬菜新鮮,加上胡麻醬,為之後上枱的熱莗清清味蕾。百頁卷賣相精緻高雅,卷餡是馬蘭頭,但個人認為味道比較清寡,如果再加多點香茹作餡料,味道會更加吸引。糖醋排骨酸甜恰到適中,排骨軟腍,近乎無骨,啖啖肉,真的吃個不停,但如果外表稍稍走油,更酥脆口感會更佳。走地雞燉雲吞的雞湯香濃,有滾滾黃油浮面和粒粒金華火腿,非常香甜。雞肉嫰滑,菜肉雲吞吸收了雞湯精華,滋味過人,我也忍不住把雞湯乾了!水晶河蝦仁走油後,鮮明透亮,鮮味彈牙,但如果可以加入更多蛋清快炒,味道會更香濃吸引。蟹
