今日帶兩老食好野,來到這間中菜館,位置位於酒店的商場內,中菜館長形設計,裝修一點都不馬虎,還帶點氣派呢!這裡的套餐款式很多,還有一些是孖寶的,當然少不了散叫的菜式,我們左挑右選,終於點了幾個菜色。餐前小食,每枱都會有的餐前小食,今日是芥苿黑白木耳,味道很爽脆,吃到有日本芥辣的味道,用在餐前小吃非常合適!雪梨無花果花膠燉湯,大大片的雪梨浮在水面,裡面還有原粒無花果和數片花膠,雪梨的潤喉加無花果的清甜,再加上花膠的滋陰,味道清而不躁,是秋冬的最好湯水。眼見隔離枱的生炒臘味糯米飯很吸引,所以我們都不執輸叫了一個,糯米飯炒得粒粒分明,口感煙靱,色澤也炒得很均勻,臘味很多,但味道不會像坊間的那麼咸,我們三個人可以每人吃到兩大碗,份量可不容懷疑!面頭還撒上蛋絲和蔥粒,令到糯米飯梗香,視覺梗豐富。招牌白胡椒蟹出場,胡椒蟹用鐵板上,臨上枱前侍應幫我們將白胡椒汁淋上面,熱騰騰的聲音响起,加上胡椒的香味撲鼻而來,非常治癒。肉蟹很大隻,和我的手掌差不多,蟹拑也很大隻,一啖一啖的肉咬著,非常滿足,蟹腳也可吃到一絲一絲的蟹肉。胡椒令到蟹肉鮮味提升不少,非常惹味。除了蟹外,他們用上紫洋蔥墊底,紫洋蔥吸收晒白胡椒汁
