今日收工又再幫襯呢間高質清湯腩,今次試左佢清湯牛三寶河(牛腩+牛筋+牛肚)加咖喱汁,牛腩可自己選擇肥瘦,肉質非常嫩,牛筋軟腍入味,牛肚易入口,最重要調味剛剛好,清湯好鮮甜,飲完一啖又一啖,配個咖喱汁又可以有另一番風味,可以一次滿足兩個願望。朋友就試左排骨擔擔麵,麵底唔錯,擔擔湯底唔係平時好濃好油膩個D,而係清淡得嚟又充滿花生香味,炸排骨鬆軟唔柴。另外,叫左份皮薄餡正嘅紅油抄手,只係23蚊但有好多隻,好食又抵食!
