今日一人午餐,又路過正九清湯腩剛好下午茶時段人流比較少,不用等位便進去了油麻地是它們第一分店啊,餐廳的店員每次都非常親切,又手腳勤快,這是回頭多次的原因清湯牛腩河這道清湯牛腩河真是令人回味,崩沙腩的肉質軟嫩,湯底清甜,帶有淡淡的香料味,讓人一口接一口,根本停不下來。下單時可以要求肥,瘦,半肥瘦的啊。而河粉吸收了湯汁的精華,口感滑順,搭配崩沙腩簡直是絕配。還有一提是它們的辣椒油,很是美味呢。腐乳通菜腐乳通菜的味道非常獨特,腐乳的醇厚與通菜的清脆形成了完美的對比。調味恰到好處,十分開胃,是一道非常適合作為配菜的選擇。炸雞中翼炸雞中翼外酥內嫩,炸得恰到好處,表面金黃酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁。這麽肥美雞中翼真的不常吃到,完全不用配搭任何醬汁也吃不停口。凍奶茶凍奶茶的茶香濃郁,奶味順滑,冰涼的口感在今年的熱天中尤為舒爽。甜度可以要求,不怕口味不對呢!這餐的每一道菜都表現不俗,特別是清湯崩沙腩河和炸雞中翼,讓人印象深刻。非常推薦給喜歡港式美食的朋友們! continue reading
