「劉興記」在短時間內於港九新界各區開了六間分店,窩夫與蝦子餅也要去品嚐生煎包。某週日去了旺角女人街的分店,約下午五時座無虛席呢。除了招牌生煎包,還有菜飯、湯麵、拌麵和小食等,選擇不少。還有四款人氣熱賣皇牌套餐,價錢親民。惠顏任何套餐或消費滿60元即可任飲豆漿。豆漿較平日喝的濃稠,低糖不太甜。排骨蔥油拌麵($42)一上桌已聞到蔥油的香味。窩夫與蝦子餅甚少吃蔥油拌麵,一吃便愛上了,麵條的粗幼度、軟硬度和調味都叫人非常滿意,會為了吃這個蔥油拌麵再光顧的。麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮($35)的麻醬份量剛好,將雞絲、青瓜絲和粉皮拌勻來吃,十分滋味。點餐時可按個人口味選擇少醬或多醬。皇牌4號套餐($59)的迷你雞絲酸辣湯味道不錯,非常足料,木耳絲特別多。主角生煎包來了,剛剛煎起新鮮熱辣,吃時必須非常小心,𥚃面超級多汁,一不留神便會爆汁弄污衣服或是燙傷嘴巴。反轉生煎包一看,底部煎成金黃色,非常漂亮,咬下去十分香脆,配上包內鮮甜的湯汁,叫人一試難忘。窩夫與蝦子餅一人一隻蟹黃生煎包(每隻$18),比招牌生煎包多了一重蟹黃鮮味,值得一試。手工豆沙窩餅($28)的餅皮炸得香脆,豆沙饀不會太甜。
