九月份的喜慶節目浪接浪,週日晚和家人一起在 Playa de Papagayo 享用了一席豐盛的盛宴。Playa de Papagayo 對筆者而言並不陌生,在多月前曾造訪河內道分店。近日餐廳在天文臺道開了新店,正好趁機試試新店水準。 相比以酒吧作定位的舊店,新店地方較寬敞,格局上更似一間西餐廳。話雖如此,喜愛美酒的朋友亦不會失望,因新店仍保留了一個敞大的酒吧。在酒吧的對面,是一張可坐多達二十人的長枱,良朋歡聚舉杯暢飲氣氛一流! 西班牙菜的一大特色是小碟美饌佔了相當重的位置,從餐牌一半位置也預留給一眾小碟已可見一斑。 飯餐先以燒魷魚柚子橄欖沙律及香煎虎蝦沙律作始。兩道沙律皆用上新鮮的田園菜蔬,前者以平實清新食感為主,後者則以香辣可口的虎蝦作賣點。 西班牙火腿是西班牙菜的代表名物,亦是筆者太太最愛的菜式之一。這碟西班牙火腿拼盤,以 16 個月白毛豬火腿、辣肉腸及沙樂美腸入饌,再配上傳統好拍檔哈蜜瓜及脆脆薄餅。因火腿的風乾熟成度比較年輕,所以色澤還呈相對粉紅肉色,火腿的鹹香感仍在,但就是欠缺了一份沉實的甘香。野生八爪魚薄切配紅菜頭珍珠是一道富驚喜的作品,紅菜頭珍珠搶眼亮麗,八爪魚薄切味
