週末與家人飯聚,試了一間滬菜館「老雪園」。「老雪園」屬灣仔南洋酒店旗下的餐廳,提供各式滬菜美食。餐廳以雅緻的中式裝潢作佈置,整潔舒適感不俗。飯餐以兩客冷盤開始,「鎮江肴肉」平平實實未予驚喜。「醉乳鴿」則是出色之作,鴿肉稚嫩,酒香芬芳,推介! 「砂鍋雲吞雞」屬湯品之一,雞湯清淡,最好吃的不是雲吞或雞本身,而是泛甜軟腍的黃芽白。 「松子桂魚」魚肉選材新鮮肉嫩,外皮炸香,配搭酸香醒胃的甜酸汁,評價正面。「蜜汁火方」以蜜汁慢煮火腿而成,鹹甜味道平衡相融。平常遇到的「蜜汁火方」多伴以一小片脆響鈴。火方響鈴方餅夾食,口感層次亦相當豐富。而今次遇到的「蜜汁火方」,響鈴則換上紫黃蕃薯,富新鮮感,但食感不及「平常」版本。「冬菇小棠菜」的亮點是超厚肉的冬菇,但建議再炆煮一會加強入味。「火腿津白」味道清甜,簡而美。「蔥油餅」一客兩件,酥化感中等,蔥油內涵惹味。「生煎鍋貼」與「招牌小籠包」予小編的感覺勻是皮厚,鍋貼比小籠包感覺更多汁,出品普通。「蒸銀絲卷」...「乾燒蝦球兩麵黃」不屬小編喜愛的潮式兩麵黃,麵雖脆,但乾燒辣汁味道一般。「高力豆沙」香蕉豆沙內涵充實,蛋白外層逢鬆軟彈感未算出色。另有較少見的「高力
